I'm 44, a dad of three, and I love staying active.
I train, run, take on events and challenges, and most importantly, I can play with my kids and live an active life without constantly worrying about what my back can and can't handle.
But I haven't always felt this confident in my body.
In my 20s, I dealt with my own back issues and disc bulges. I know what it's like when your back starts affecting the way you train, move and live — and how frustrating it can be when you can't seem to find a lasting solution.
Today, I feel stronger and more confident in my body than I did when I was younger.
That's a big part of why I started Spinefit.
I wanted to help other men who feel stuck with their back especially those who have tried different treatments, exercises and approaches but still haven't figured out how to get their body back to where they want it.
My goal isn't just to help you feel better temporarily.
It's to help you rebuild your strength, movement and confidence so you can get back to training, playing with your kids, enjoying your hobbies and saying yes to the things you want to do without your back always being in the back of your mind.
That's what Spinefit is all about.
